DoggoRealm Return & Refund Policy

Every single T-shirt at DoggoRealm is custom-printed on-demand just for you the moment you place an order. Because we do not carry pre-made inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please carefully review our size charts attached to each product page before finalizing your purchase.

Damages and Issues
Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong design/size by our printing error, contact us immediately at mohitsoniqyyw@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a 100% free replacement or full refund to make it right. 

To be eligible for a replacement or refund on a damaged item, you must contact us within 14 days of your package being delivered.

Refunds
If your damage claim is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your claim, please contact us at mohitsoniqyyw@gmail.com.
